Building your own computer is fun, but it’s not necessarily cheaper. Manufactures have the advantage of buying parts in bulk and making it cheaper.

The quality of the parts is low. If you build your own computer you can build something better than that $700 dell, and it will cost you $500 or less. Also it won't be a Dell.
building a pc isn't really something that interests me, especially since I've been finding I can finance some computers which would be a very realistic option for me.

and would be able to finance it as well. The only thing is I have no idea if it's good or worth the price.

If you can swing it it's pretty good, but it's not cost effective compared to getting a desktop. Mobile versions of GPUs are not the same thing as the desktop GPU 1050ti for instance. It might not run games as well as the cheap gtx760 I was telling you about.

Why? Installing the parts is just as easy as plugging in a SNES cartridge
