They don't hire for levels (or NAT, for that matter) the same way they do gps or graphics staff.
If you're just starting, check out Dusty's level editor. You can also use Testbed's online level editor by logging in to the server then signing up for access.
Although, I should note that stuff like the Swamp Town remake are more graphics intensive than levels intensive. If you're looking to help out with stuff like that, you may wish to consider going that direction instead.

Alright I’ll look into that when the time comes around. I’ll try to learn both, because that seems like something that would work out imo. When I used the levels editor on test bed it didn’t seem too hard, but when looking at Dusty’s little things it’s obviously a bit hard with water and layers etc
