If there was the option to upload your own hats the reasoning of the game will be taken away as fireenn said 1k hats, limited hats ect. then it isnt a fun game any more and we will be losing players instead of gaining them. This are things xor, stefan and the other head people considder/think about before releasing new things, will it increase or lose players? So they play their cards very wisely in this case. And another reason is, if this did come out then people will ask for custom horses to coustom levels and this will get way out of control for the server because way more files will be put on it (might make it crash if it cant support to much files) and lots of people would have to be working to keep up with it.
