Remember last year during St Patricks day and during Easter there was a npc randomly appearing who would give you a hat? Why wasn't there this year I was looking forward to it  Wouldn't it have been as simple as reusing the script and changing the graphic?:/ |
Cause it has been re-used several times...
Also, it doesn't award those who already found the NPC within the years..
Im taking a guess that the holiday update was completely rushed for both easter and st.patricks day.. but for april fools day: Jazz managed to get up the archery... idk
