You can make it so you can choose colors on custom bodies but I hear it's confusing.

How I understand it:
You can change the colors on custom bodies but people donīt know how to set it.
Well I never tried it out on PC but I think you just have to color them correctly. iFilers can get them by looking in the downloads folder (in their Graal folder) I think. Maybe its located somewhere else but I dont think so.
