It looks like you used the paintbrush tool, the outline is very jagged and would look 10x better if it was 1px wide.


Edit: I just opened it up in Paint and it has a lot of semi-transparent pixels. You shouldn't use the brush tool when making pixel art ._.

I also looked at your other work posted and you should fix up that lineart. It all looks jagged :[
