when someone emails
[email protected] they often never receive a response or it takes months to receive. I know that this is likely because of high levels of spam. This is why there should be a support website to organize it. The website(or built in system) would first provide automated responses and information to help the player fix the problem themselves, then forward it to the appropriate staff members if they cannot fix it themselves based on situation and language(if applicable) The purpose of it would be to sort all of the tickets for efficient, more useful, and more organized responses, and discard of useless ones like can i b adiam I have great idea I make graal great emails.
have the support page have a radio button list to select your issue from the following list
admin applications- have players submit their applications here. Even if its ignored it'll cut down spam greatly in other areas.
account transfers-you then fill out your account with pc#(if you can), email, and nick on both.
ban issues- if you feel
your ban is unjust appeal it here. include email pc# name etc.
feedback and ideas-just a spot to take all the ideas, even if not used.

obviously have capatcha to prevent spam and bots. Have a 3 ticket a day limit as well as other systems to prevent spam.
