Just wondering since there's these kicking fees.
1. What's stopping someone from getting to 20k points, kicking a member and invite someone else and then buy the hat? Since the kicking fee doesn't kick in until you buy a hat/accessories/banner

2. What's stopping someone making a new guild to go for the 20k points again?
