I was thinking of a different one but this is close. The only reason I can think of one not being allowed would be it flashing rapidly.

So this kind is allowed? "Flashing rapidly" seems like the wrong excuse as the shield changes very slowly. It's not harmful for epileptic players. This is the second time a shield like this has existed for a long time and manages to get nuked. Really annoying that I don't have the file for it. The shield code for the one in question is "luly_hohoho_shield.gif"
Ida wears a gold variant of the shield and it's not at all dangerous for epileptic people. It's quite relaxed.
