Use Balamb island as a waiting room/tutorial area and restrict travel to players who identify

Why would that be so bad? I mean it’s not costing you any customers and if you spiff up the place it’s perfect for teaching new players the game mechanics

They are just ideas, hopefully someone’s got a one dollar solution for this million dollar problem
