correct me if i'm wrong on my calculations but with the mvp system, doesn't a player who goes 11-6 (no health remaining obviously) lose out on mvp to a player who goes 2-1 (2.5 health left)?
11 - 6 = 5 + 0 health = 5
2 - 1 = 1 + 5 (one point for each remaining 0.5 of health left) = 6.

That’s not how it works. You get a point everytime you land a hit on a player without them hitting you and you lose a point if someones hits you without you hitting them back. The player with the most points gets mvp which means the player with the
highest ratioin that match gets the mvp. Health is only involved if the highest gs ratio is contained by more than one player. So if someone went 12-5 (0.5 remaining ) and someone went 9-2 (2.0 remaining) the player with 2 hp gets the mvp.
To make it simple it’s based on “showgs” the player with the highest gs ratio gets the mvp. If someone doesn’t know how ratio works then read the first few lanes of the post.
