All I can say is s*** happens. Some people are just troubled and f****d in the head. Authorities probably just need to do a better job of recognizing any behavioral problems so that problems like this can be prevented.

Which is a real issue that needs to be addressed. For whatever reason, The US hates the idea of mental healthcare.
