I myself, am a multilingual person. I speak Spanish, German, English, and Portuguese..Both European and Brazilian. I can usually translate things rather easy..and more or less I could be considered a "mediator" between these types of people.

Although I can do this, going in to Brazilians and Spanish speaking people...they are trying their best to learn English. I know tons of Brazilians whom speak English because they want to communicate like the rest of us. I personally believe that tons of them can be quite annoying..but others if you get to know (and if they hopefully speak English) that they can be great people, and this is quite the same with Filipinos and such.
