Dolan isn't a magnus anymore, this is the first I've heard of the Regius stuff and it still lacks a good bit of context imo, and the westbrook stuff I don't even know other than him and the other two randos derailing this thread with spar drama.
So are you saying just because someone is in a military they shouldn't be allowed to spar or tower? In all honesty westbrook and regius and whoever the **** else would behave exactly when they partake in spar regardless of if they had involvement in militaries or not. Without militaries you'd have more cancerous people in the spar ********** so you should appreciate them a bit more. You could have Constantine using personal info to blackmail someone to through a GST rather than just him blackmailing them to delete some random military guild.

It lacks context for you, because you are in the same family with Regius which was mass kicked by another Magnus member a month ago. Very friendly should I say. Just mass kicking your friends like that. When someone says "I am sorry," it means one thing, that they made a mistake, and they want to apologize to the victim. I forgive him, because at least he admitted he did it.
When did I say anyone from military should not tower or spar? Was the military itself the problem? Or was I saying that the schemes that goes on by military people is the problem? It is what you people do and can't fix, that's the problem. If you continue to do things you do (blackmailing, deceiving, etc), why should you be allowed to spar, and tower and make things unfair for other people? Unless you people can't fix those flaws, you shouldn't be allowed to engage in aspects of the game that promote you to be competitive, not trick people.
