I keep hearing, "well you see era you have to spend SO MUCH MONEY AND TIME to even play because well expensive gun and potion"

You can get enough money for an AK without even trying. You can afford the potion after a few shovels worth of shells--and seriously that doesn't even take 1 hour PER WEEK.
