Lag prevention, and anything that would enhance a server without making it too non-vanilla.

For lag prevention, the one called NoLagg works EXTREMELY well.
ManySmallTweaks is nice, it lets you have floating ladders, netherrack ignite from redstone, %pig with saddles and %colored sheep, and a lot more tiny tweaks.

Vanilla is unmodded or changed minecraft, directly from Mojang without changes.
