Admins do not ban people due to false reports , they ussualy require some sort of evidence to ban a player and if he was banned it’s because the evidence was found somewhere of him performing something he should be doing

You're right. That's what they're expected to do. Peopke like Brandon (Holy) have received multiple bans in the past 2 years, most for doing nothing. Again, gp aren't doing their job right. Like that hacker who broke win streak in main room. It took them a while to take care of that situation.

Using a VPN will fluctuate your delay or increase lag, therefore making it impossible to predict where to hit.
