VPN to the same country still will give you a delay advantage ...
|
Kinda , I'm actually not 100% sure if someone was to VPN to their own country if it would cause a noticeable delay. But I think I understand how you see that and I kinda would agree . But I think it would heavily depend on your location, and the location of the Virtual private networks own virtual location. Like for instance if you lived in maybe Rhode Island and you set a VPN to maybe Oregan, So going to one side of the country to the other side and then to the graal server, I imagine that could potentially create a bigger delay, So I have to agree with you honestly. But if a VPN's virtual location is like literally within 2-3 states or in your state, I honestly don't think it would create a significant delay unless that VPN is altered or tethered with to purposely increase ping.
But I have to agree with you really, which kinda could scrap the idea I had for people who travel between countries and it being reported to be unrealistic in how fast it was. But to be honest as well I generally don't think many if not probably only a select few in graal currently probably would even know how to tether or alter or create your own VPN and adjust it. Not even I do and I was the head of the CTA team at my school for 3 years and top assistant for a computer repair company for 2, although I guess it can be justified that I actually never worked any VPN tool or system, Closest thing being is a web proxy to bypass school filters, Being Whoer.
But this kind of does show my idea was somewhat flawed because your right that could be done, So instead we would need to think of a new better system to make a Anti-VPN work
