All we can eat are vegetables. Why are you gonna kill animals when you don't need eat them? We have enough proteins with rice and beans. Red meat has been found to cause cancer and many diseases. This is only a fragment of the animal abuse.

Or are they somehow different because they don't have a brain and nerves?
That's basically saying it's ok to kill something because it doesn't have the capability of living as an intelligent being.
Which means you don't care about ones life if they are stupid like lets say fish.
If anything you're screwing everyone over by eating our sources of oxygen at a faster rate than other humans
