73kb maximum file size for a gang hat or around that

So you have like 1 of two options,
a small hat with a long animation (lots of frames)
Or a large hat with a small animation

Also, don't bother putting a signature on the hat as that will eat up a few kb per frame which you can use to add to the animation frames.
