how many points per rep comment cause I have 14 rep comments
if it is telling me I have 95 rep points and not some other kind of point then each reputation comment gives 6.78571428571 rep points x.x

Depends on their post count, how old their account is, and how much rep they have themself. I can't remember the exact numbers though.
