Blackfires isn't sharing information not because of toxic staff, but because he has nothing to share. There's a huge difference. Tashkin never shared important projects to most staff but things actually got done, staff did their jobs. You have some of the highest, most loyal staff that are leaving Zone because nothing is getting done, They're the staff that under Tashkin were the ones getting things done.

Also note that he
fired Shmegg for posts that didn't even directly attack him. It's amazing to see that one of the most loyal staff who was previously a Server Administrator got removed because he wasn't taking the situation
seriously as Blackfires put it.
