It's very difficult to be honest

I created a social guild by the name of Estela and it's been around for almost 4 years
Graal classic doesn't really have much to do after you get to the 500 hour mark unless you are sparring or towering.

You will have to be online often and find the right kind of people.
You may also have to get your guild to spar non competitively because chatting may not be enough.

My guild currently still exists but has nearly abandoned graal and we currently mostly communicate on platforms such as skype.
