Just one thing you might want to consider if you don't want to have an obsolete PC in a year or two is to build ahead. Sure a more inexpensive rig might do you well now but if new stuff comes out in the next few years and your PC is a little behind that sucks. Might be worth considering from a long-term financial standpoint to drop more now on something that will be able to compete a few years into the future before not being able to handle some stuff.
