To be honest, this is an awesome guide.

Something to add on:
If someone asks you to drop the item in a SPECIFIC spot even in your own house, don't listen. Drop it somewhere else. I witnessed someone attempting to scam by telling him to drop an item in a specific spot (in your own house) and he keep insisting on it, so it's an obvious scam. Oh, and that someone is... ... ... *achoo*
