I do. I block then report them. But sadly they either get a new account and start harassing me or they just start stalking/humping me :/
An I don't know if the admins banned them but if they do they've never given me a cookie till now :3

Don't do it for cookies. You will be disappointed. I have reported hundreds of these weirdos and gotten maybe 6 cookies total. Some admins don't even get to give cookies, I think?
