Which is the point I've constantly been trying to make the issue isn't vulgarity it's how it's used, it's used to harass people, that's the only reason people report vulgarity is if they're being harassed by someone using it, it's simple that's harassment not vulgarity, it's simple. If someone is caught cursing nobody cares, then someone is harassing someone using vulgarity that's when it's an issue ONLY WHEN ITS HARASSMENT or SEXUAL HARASSMENT. Simple... vulgarity iteself should not be a jail reason...
