I'm unsure. My location on here is misleading, I live in Nebraska.

Computer programming is one of the few exceptions where you can easily skimp out of a college degree for it.
Its such a large industry nowadays and you don're really need a diploma from fancy school to prove that you're a good programmer, you just gotta show your employers what you can do.

I was hired on the spot at a large company I turned down for the job I actually wanted and now have.
The reason both places wanted to hire me was not because I'm in college, but because I have projects to show for myself.
A degree isn't required in this field, no matter who tells you it is.
