Let me rephrase: what else can I do to try to move things forward?
I've emailed support@toonslab and classic@graaloline 4 weeks ago. I was then told by an admin to email them again 3 days ago. I have proof of my legitimacy through screenshots of iTunes recipts dating to 2014, and 2015. (Included in the emails sent to support). I currently have access to both emails, my current one and hopefully future one. Also I am only doing this because I used my ISP email when I joined graal, and now I'm changing ISPs and will be losing the email. Note: changing ISPs is not in my control.
