A new offline level editor for pc and mobile

Premade weapons like in gs1 where you could add spinattack, bow, nuke**** and such from editor.
- why is nukesh0t getting censored?

Premade basic scripts like lanterns, doors maybe even a new option for servers to just turn weather and day/night system on/off if they want it.

Also make objects work on the type1 tileset :p
