Apparently you never understood the purpose behind the "Bring Back PK!" movement. It wasn't intended to cause mass PKing, groups of players spread out all over the world map killing each other 24/7. Rather, its purpose was to reduce the amount of areas where you can't use your sword, allowing players to freely PK around the world map, and it worked. I can PK anyone who is outside of Graal City, whereas before I would have to hunt down a PK zone.
There were no complaints, it was never torn down, so please stop spouting your highly uninformed theories. No-PK zones are slowly coming back due to releases and events within the surrounding areas, but the staff just need to be reminded and they'll go back to how they were.

But its still useless. I dont know anyone or met anyone beside you, who actually invest time in this places. Furthermore there arent even people to kill, apart from some noobs. I think my knowledge suffices for these averments.
