It's seems strange that most people with low stats are becoming GP's. It's very rare to see someone with decent stats - not like 100k PK's, but the usual like 10k kills etc.

I'm just beginning to think that these people have possibly created new accounts to try and get rid of their previous ban history, to give them a higher chance of being hired. I could be completely wrong, but this is just a hunch. I know stats aren't everything, and it doesn't take a lot of hours to learn the game - but I am seeing a strange pattern.


I think a reason as to why very inexperienced players aren't being hired is because they may have a few bans over the years. They should still be given a chance since it's about how well they do their job in the end (unless the ban was given over the past year)
