It's strange how the ship on Balamb island takes you to Delta, but the ship on Delta takes you to Oasis, and in order to get back to Balamb you need to take the ship below graal city.

Might only happen for PC players? Haven't tested. I've experienced a similar issue involving improper level transitions with the caves near Red Barn |
It does only happen for Flash players, something Stefan added for some weird reason. It has been fixed.
