I like the idea of having a ping limit, but 100ms seems a bit low. In fact, 100ms IS low. I think anyone with a ping exceeding the medium range, (I believe 125+) should not have the option of queuing. I've sparred hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands of people with 100+ms, and it really isn't bad.
My ping averages around 75-110ms, but there are 4-5 other people in my house who are all on the wifi at one time sometimes, and it can make my ping spike passed 150 at least. Oh well, it doesn't matter. People around the world may know that a few more people on at one time can spike your ms up, that's why I think a 100ms limit is too low.

150 ms might be too much for you but not for other countries. Personally I get 200-350 ms and that's on 4G. So does other Europeans. With the server lag it's impossible to implant something against lag, everyone lags sometimes even Americans.
