To get to other draisine-accessible areas for a bounty you can drop the bounty box off in your house, travel to the area, and then retrieve it from your house again.

I was getting a message saying 'You cannot drop your bounty box here' when I tried to drop it... not sure if that applies to house. will check tomorrow.
Additionally, what gives with the rare creature bonus? I got 2 fire blobs and only got 250 added to my total :3
