This isn't entirely true, there are actually "gaming VPN" services like WTFast and VyprVPN. I had an issue when I was playing League where I was getting 120 ping from Florida to California, used a US sever on WTFast and it dropped to 90. It all depends on your ISP and the routing you get to whatever server you're connecting to. It's not going to make your internet faster, but there are some cases where using a VPN can route you to the server in a more efficient way that will lower your ping.

again, it is true that WTFast can improve your ping. but do note that it's 100% due to suboptimal routing from your provider company, which shouldn't happen on a normal basis. and more than that, while on league, CSGO, etc the 30-50 ping changes can make a major difference, it really doesn't in graal. the advantage 50 ping gives you over someone with 100 ping is non existent, and anyone from america and even europe who has the normally lower than 300~ ping shouldn't suffer from major delay. people here keep calling out people for VPNing, when in reality most of those that all of you are calling out simply have a very bad routing to the server, which in some countries like Brazil and the Philippines is the best you're gonna get.
