I applied during the same hiring cycle when Soren was hired, when Yuri was hired, and then one more time after that. I'm not interested at all anymore now that I've committed to leading a guild.

As time progresses we're getting more and more who haven't played any servers at a moderate level let alone a high level.

Yeah, and it's not a big issue with developers because they can still do their job effectively without needing to actively "experience" Graal, but GPs are entirely different… There's no way to enforce the rules if you aren't active and experienced with the game.

sorry to break your bubble guys, but VPNs don't make your internet faster, unless your internet provider is absolutely horrible, any VPN service will limit your performance, especially increase your MS

This isn't entirely true, there are actually "gaming VPN" services like WTFast and VyprVPN. I had an issue when I was playing League where I was getting 120 ping from Florida to California, used a US sever on WTFast and it dropped to 90. It all depends on your ISP and the routing you get to whatever server you're connecting to. It's not going to make your internet faster, but there are some cases where using a VPN can route you to the server in a more efficient way that will lower your ping.
