Yep it is. I got mine before the shop came out which was probably about a 3 or 4 days after game came out. Just thought it would be cool to share. I guess you don't have to call it a rare.

Note: If you buy it in store don't expect it to have the same functionality though. In case you want to save that extra 4k or 5k whatever it costs.
