Not to be rude, but don't submit one item to more than one server next time. One of the reasons it probably wasn't accepted is because you announced your submission of the same hat to another server PLUS classic, so in case of the chance it was accepted to zone they didn't want it to be on both the servers.

I know this is sorta a general rule, but things like this really need to be clarified in the OP.
