how does one exactly get banned from uploading?
i uploaded and refunded many times, but never got banned from uploading.

Probably impatient gfx staff that doesn't send proper responses regarding what's wrong with the image, incurring a slew of angry feedbacks and repeated upload attempts of the same image.
