I feel like if this doesn't work, nothing will. I really wish they had a better and more responsive system for support given how popular the game is. The system they have just seems so dated for modern times.

This is how I feel at times with the graphics submissions. However, given the popularity and the average target audience for this game, they probably have a lot of nonsense to filter through in order to get to legitimate issues. That said, hiring some additional staff could go a long way for the company's PR... but they would need to notice more than just a few people complaining on the (unofficial) forum to have that ever become a reality.
