Just give it up guys. Zone will always be an entry level server, so there's no need to cause drama over a position that won't even matter in the first place as long as you've squeezed out the slightest of experience as a short lived staff member. And no, I'm not being arrogant. The terrible management of zone prevents the smaller hierarchy from having even a nanogram of power, say, and even creativity, to say the least.
