Sure I've been toxic before because I pick the right fights. Chelt wants gay pride days on zone? I fight it. He disables jetpacks? I fight it and find a solution. He wants purchasable zc? I fight it and find a solution. The list really goes on and on. Either way I wouldn't expect you to know because A: You were a regular graphics member, you had no role in administration chats. And B:You were there for such a short period that I actually forgot you were even hired
I dont think you realise its your job to comply with manager or retire. You work freely for him, so if you didnt like it you dont start arguments on it. And what job did u have again? because im pretty sure it was levels or gani and compared to gfx department its not like you had a much more superior job or anything...

Gani admin. Meaning I ran my own department and I was included in all things that the managers and other department leaders discussed. I do work freely, meaning I have more of a say. If this was a paid job then I get part of what you are saying. But last I checked gralats aren't enough for me to blindly go along with stupid ideas that aren't pulling zone out of the hole it's in. If I was such an issue, they would have fired me day one because nothing had changed about me since then. Clearly I wasn't a main problem however considering how long I was left there. The focus of zone should be getting it out of the failing state it's in, not making it worse. You can act like Chely and everyone is a saint, like I said kissing ass is how you climb the ladder. But I'm not going to pretend that what they've done has been 100% beneficial to the server.
