I don't think that unix gives a **** about this game anyways..so I'm not really surprised.
The worst thing you can do with an unhappy customer is piss them off more by ignoring the issue. Really, the only way to get their attention is to just not spend money on the game until the issue is fixed, just like you said.

Doesn't matter anyway cuz the money that Unixmad gets from graal classic is probably like less than 1k per month. I really dont think he lives off that paycheck and has probably moved on...
