Anyway your spar tournament is over now. Go back to whatever rock you live under and leave the forums for another 3-4 months like always.
(Additionally, reporting bugs is a way that I try to give back to the server seeing as though I don't pay to play. Not only is it not entitled, it's donating free labor... I'm not "complaining about virtual bugs" I am attempting to assist in balancing the system however they intend it).

If someone is paying for additional services and the said company screws up, the costumer has every right to complain. As the saying goes, the costumer is always right. You obviously haven't worked in retail or the food business or any business that works directly with customers to comprehend this.
