Thread is kinda dry so far so here's what I've got:
Mixed
Pretty hard to give opinions when Mixed seems so scattered and unorganized so far, but I'll try anyway…
Holy: Most of them seem to be inactive but I think they can win now (if they actually enter). If Dark is with RD, that makes it tougher. Not trolling when I say that I feel like Mish should be in their core, especially now if Dark isn't with them. I personally felt like she should have been in their core over Sean or Contego in several of their past teams. We (Alumni Mixed) always felt like she was a stronger 5th in practices. Brett and Zideruic actually have to care for them to win though.
Whitebeard: I have no idea what's going on with this team or how many teams they're entering as… It's always a mistake to enter as more than one team. They'll do well if the team is something like PT, Exalt, Tykian, Doll, and one other. They seemed to recruit a lot of new people though, and I don't understand the purpose of that if there is no plan to use them. Someone said they have a second team but I don't know anything about it. Not sure where people like James, Relic, and Poodie are fitting in. Poodie has a tag for basically every Mixed team at this point.
Imperial: No clue who they're using yet or if they'll even enter, but anyone on that roster so far would be good enough to place. (I'm 2% butthurt that my guild tag expired and someone else snatched it.)
TEAM BEER: Like Imperial, I don't know who they're using yet (and neither do they?), but anyone on the top row looks fine to me.
iDevice
Amity: They have 4 of Alumni's old team so that's an obvious edge since they've won 3 of the last 4. I personally don't understand the decision to have Crime on the team over Jack sparrow. If the VIS guys are gonna sell out to their boys and finally get with the winning team then I don't see why every spot shouldn't be taken seriously. Denny would probably be better too, but maybe he wasn't down. It's probably a sub spot either way. It should be a win if 4 Alumni are sparring in the important matches. Sarah will probably just beat up the other teams.
RD: I don't really know what their team is, but if they put together the best people on that roster then they should do fine. I'm assuming it'll be something like Noss, Dark, Kicko, Deus, Cally, Blade, and Kawu or Mex. I'm not sure how much Cally practices and I'm not sure how much Deus really cares about the GST, but it's a good team either way. I haven't talked to Deus recently so I'm not even sure if he's switched from Android to iDevice yet. Anyway, Noss used to talk down on delayers but I guess he softened his position on that.
Silver: Picking up Jack sparrow was really good but losing Kosiris seems bad. If their core is something like Silver, MeMo, Saber, Jack sparrow, and and Shadz then I think that's their best chance. I feel like it would be hard for Silver to stay alive in those matches, being that the rest of his team has at least a little bit of delay. Teams with 4 delayers and 1 non-delayer are iffy to me.
Build the Wall: I'm guessing the team is something like Denny, Jose, Alex, Toich, Anzio, Rebels, and Callum. I don't know most of them well enough to make a guess at what their cores are, but I'm sure at least Denny and Jose are in there so that's a good start. If they actually take it seriously then they can make it to semis.
Trollin: Just assuming it's the same team as last season except with haze able to spar, I think they have a chance of getting into semis. It'd help to have a generous bracket. I don't expect them to do as well as they did last season, but placing 2nd is pretty hard to top anyway. They let Alumni put them in corners a lot in the finals of last GST so they need to fix that, but they looked fine otherwise.

Maybe I'll do another of these when teams are a little more figured out
