Yes, if you can't prove your claim I 100% believe the person isn't guilty, innocent until proven otherwise.
"All the information we're given" is one lewd comment he made to a group of other men in a private setting, something at least well over 50% of guys and girls will do in their life time

Ok, and that's fine. I feel the same way in a
criminal trial. I would bet that Trump would be held liable in a civil trial. That only requires preponderance of the evidence, which to be honest, is many people's requirement for public opinion. Just as in the OJ trial. He was found not guilty in criminal trial, but was liable in civil trial. You can have a different opinion than mine as to his guilt. That's fine. It should be fine from your point of view for me to have a different opinion, but you kept putting nonsense in my mouth, which is why I argued this much into this conversation.
Just adding this in here incase you didn't see it since I added this in an edit to my previous post:
Hell, in my one of my previous CJ classes, we went over the ORC (Ohio Revised Code) as that's the state I live in, and the sexual assault charge in Ohio requires evidence other than the victim's testimony to prove someone in a
criminal trial guilty of sexual imposition.

No person shall be convicted of a violation of this section solely upon the victim's testimony unsupported by other evidence.
