Switch to some sort of "goody bag" of VIP items.
The first item can be some sort of gani, morph or mount.
Second item a community made hat.
Third item a piece of furniture.
Perhaps some unique food added in the mix as well.

Gani ideas:
-Variety of dance options. Moves that you can find in the Evolution of Dance video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMH0bHeiRNg
-Basketball dribble
-The Usain Bolt pose
-Waving a flag. (coded to wave your country flag)

Morph ideas:
Ghost for Halloween
Tamed versions of the current baddies.
2016-2017 remakes of the element morphs

Mounts:
Personally I'd enjoy if the mounts veered back to horses for a bit. Where the creativity plays is the armour on the horse.
Regal armour
Knight armour
etc etc
Why not start adding hats to the mounts? A regular horse with a top hat and monocle.

A unique piece of furniture should be given to the subscriber. (If you want more, you will need to buy them on Oasis island. An item that stands out on its own. Majestic statues, fountains, record player (Where you can play music from Graal classic or graal the adventure in your house). Animal crossing could be a source of inspiration (Fruit chairs, egg themed benches)
