Buddhists believe life is a torturous cycle or reincarnation so they meditate and strive for good karma in the hopes of reaching enlightenment so that when they die they will no longer reincarnate, essentially dying for sure.
Then they either move to a higher plane (and logically do the same thing) or they exist in a nihilistic state.

Not fearing your death could also potentially help you lead a more outgoing life.

You could figure out exactly what brings you back or why you were born in the first place and exploit that to live as long as you want. How? idk.
