After high demand, here is part 2 guys.

2 and a half months ago, The Americas was lost to Alumni... Operation Killumni failed, Rectify were destroyed by Alumni and so were GTEAM and Blackout, Alumni gained full control of the Americas with no way to reclaim it. The UN have completely lost control to the region, although times have changed, following a bunch of misunderstandings between senior members of Alumni's Americas branch, they have now reportedly split.

Dante, Fulgore and Mk have gone to Cherry, Dae has gone to Memories while Eko and Skull are currently keeping a low profile of where they have gone to. Cherry is a privately owned organisation founded by senior members of Alumni's Americas branch, with their only goal being pure obliteration of both of Alumni's branches with Sir Thallen Craig being the true mastermind behind the success of Alumni. With Alumni's Americas branch (Mixed) weakened, and their rest of the world branch (iDev) having lost all control over their region after the latest clash of the champions (GST), for Alumni to fully be taken down, they need to crash and burn at the next Clash of Champions, but with only their rest of the world branch competing, that branch will have to be defeated completely taken out, which will weaken Thallen Craig and make him unable to lead the Americas giving Cherry an opportunity to swoop in and destroy them.

With Cherry being a private organisation they don't answer to the government or the UN, but knowing the UN, they will surely work out a deal with them in exchange for something.
